★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo un paquete que llegó a la sucursal desde el 24 de junio y es momento que no llega a mi domicilio e hablado varias veces y dicen que al siguiente día lo entregan, o dicen que lo traen los repartidores, ya fui a la bodega y que no lo tiene ahí que los traen los repartidores y el caso es que no llega ya va para 3 semanas y nada.
De verdad que pésimo servicio. No se con quien más hablar para que me entreguen mi paquete.
I have a package that arrived at the branch since June 24 and it is time that it does not arrive at my address and I have spoken several times and they say that the next day they deliver it, or they say that the delivery people bring it, I already went to the warehouse and that It does not have it there that the distributors bring them and the case is that it does not arrive it already goes for 3 weeks and nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realicé una compra en mercado libre y el servicio responsable de hacerme llegar el producto era ESTAFETA. Sin embargo, cometieron la barbaridad de firmar por mi en el comprobante de producto entregado cuando aún no lo había recibido. Eso es falsificación de firma. Al instante que vi en Mercado libre que el producto me habia sido entregado, inmediatamente fui a recogerlo personalmente en las oficinas. Afortunadamente mi pedido se encontraba ahí.
Pésima experiencia.
Tengan cuidado. Ese lugar debe mejorar mucho.
I made a purchase on the open market and the service responsible for sending me the product was ESTAFETA. However, they did the wrong thing to sign for me on the product receipt delivered when I had not yet received it. That is forgery of signature. The moment I saw in Mercado Libre that the product had been delivered to me, I immediately went to pick it up personally at the offices. Fortunately my order was there.
Terrible experience.
Be careful. That place should improve a lot.
