Slow service, more than 40 min to pick up a package that was not even complete, lousy as always they do not disappoint in that ;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nadie contesta las llamadas. Llevo casi un mes esperando a que me envíen mi paquete a la ciudad de arriaga y no le dan seguimiento. Deberían de mejorar el servicio.
Nobody answers the calls. I've been waiting for my package to be sent to the city of arriaga for almost a month and they don't follow up on it. They should improve the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ QUE PESIMO SERVICIO DE RECOLECCION Y POR LO QUE VEO ES MUY DEFICIENTE EN VARIOS ASPECTOS COMO EMPRESA DE PAQUETERIA. HACEN PERDER EL TIEMPO VIA TELEFONICA Y NO DEJAN MAS OPCION QUE IR A UN CENTRO DE RECOLECCION PARA ENVIAR MIS PRODUCTOS.
WHAT A TERRIBLE COLLECTION SERVICE AND FROM WHAT I SEE IT IS VERY DEFICIENT IN SEVERAL ASPECTS AS A PACKAGE COMPANY. THEY WASTE TIME BY TELEPHONE AND LEAVE NO OTHER OPTION THAN TO GO TO A COLLECTION CENTER TO SEND MY PRODUCTS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque muy retirado y actualmente difícil de acceder por la construcción del paso desnivel, tienen excelente atención al cliente aunque el horario para recoger tus paquetes es muy corto, de 3pm a 6pm, si tienes dudas de tu paquete los supervisores hacen lo posible por encontrarlo dándole prioridad al cliente.
