★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal (que antes estaba en Luis Spota y Eje Central) ha sido atendida por una señora déspota, prepotente y mal encarada, con pésima actitud de servicio y que te regaña cada vez que le entregas un paquete. Me sorprende que siendo 2022 siga trabajando allí con LA MISMA ACTITUD NEGATIVA QUE LA CARACTERIZA y ninguno de sus jefes le haya dicho nada. Trabajo con Estafeta desde hace 15 años y nunca he tratado con gente tan prepotente como esta señora.
This branch (which used to be in Luis Spota and Eje Central) has been attended by a despotic, arrogant and bad-mouthed lady, with a lousy service attitude and who scolds you every time you deliver a package. I am surprised that being 2022 she continues to work there with THE SAME NEGATIVE ATTITUDE THAT CHARACTERIZES HER and none of her bosses have said anything to her. I have been working with Estafeta for 15 years and I have never dealt with people as arrogant as this lady.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una buena alternativa para enviar paquetería pero si no te urge tanto recomiendo asistir a otra sucursal, la señora que ahí no tiene el mejor de los tratos con el cliente y tampoco parece importarle mucho. Cómo consejo busca otra sucursal y evitate un mal sabor de boca
It is a good alternative to send packages but if you are not so urgent I recommend going to another branch, the lady there does not have the best of dealings with the client and does not seem to care much either. As advice look for another branch and avoid a bad taste in your mouth
