Algunos desde antes de entrega otros en entrega,, bueno me.notifican que lo dejan en cedis de Guadalajara y no en zapotlanejo donde soy..al ir a gdlj me comentan que está en zapotlanejo. Fue 1 1/2 hr. De trayecto!!

No encontraron a nadie en la dirección cuando hay personal 24/7 y se supone que por eso piden un número de telefono pero ni se comunican y su sistema tampoco permite que uno se comunique con uds. Esta demora se pudo haber minimizado con COMUNICACION OPORTUNA. Ojalá tomen cartas en el asunto.
Very bad service, next day service turned into 1 week. They did not find anyone at the address when there is staff 24/7 and that is why they are supposed to ask for a phone number but they do not communicate and their system does not allow anyone to communicate with you either. This delay could have been minimized with TIMELY COMMUNICATION. I hope they take action on the matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lamentable el servicio, el paquete tiene más de 3 días en el lugar donde reciben en el parque industrial INCALPA, de acuerdo a su reporte de su página web, dónde ingresas el número de guía, no llego con los datos del destinatario, levanté un reporte por correo electrónico,al día siguiente, llamo para el seguimiento, y no ha sido actualizado el sistema, ingreso los datos con el agente que contesta, prometiendo llegaría el fin de semana día sábado... Pues no llego, día lunes, sin cambio en el portal, tuve que recibirlo viajar hasta encontrar y que por suerte encontré, por qué el repartidor aún no lo había recolectado.
REALMENTE MALO MALO PÉSIMO EL SERVICIO QUE DAN, ... Y ESTO ES ALGO LLEVE, HE IDO Y REGRESADO AL LUGAR DONDE HE ENVIADO PAQUETERÍA CON ESTAFETA, Y SE PIERDE LA MERCANCÍA, EVITENLO EN MEDIDA DE LO POSIBLE, HAGAN DE CUENTA QUE NO EXISTE Y BUSQUEN OTRA OPCIÓN.

REALLY BAD BAD AWFUL SERVICE THEY PROVIDE, ... AND THIS IS SOMETHING TO TAKE, I HAVE GO AND RETURNED TO THE PLACE WHERE I SENT PARCELS WITH MAIL, AND THE MERCHANDISE IS LOST, AVOID IT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE, PRETEND THAT IT DOESN'T EXIST AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER OPTION.
