★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bien pero no me entregaron personalmente un paquete, lo aventaron al domicilio y no lo vi. Por lo que hice reclamación y despues lo encontre. Al realizar la queja me atendueron bien, luego me llamaron para dar seguimiento al caso y avise que finalmente lo encontre.
Good but they did not personally deliver a package to me, they threw it at my address and I did not see it. So I made a claim and then I found it. When I made the complaint, they treated me well, then they called me to follow up on the case and let me know that I finally found it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Envío un sobre hace 15 días y es fecha que no se entrega a mi remitente y tampoco me es devuelto , me traen de un lado a otro, se justifican con que eso no le corresponde a uno si no al otro y viceversa,pésimo servicio
I sent an envelope 15 days ago and it is a date that is not delivered to my sender and it is not returned to me, they bring me from one place to another, they justify that it does not correspond to one if not the other and vice versa, terrible service

Me agradaría que pusieran más posibilidades para recoger su paquete, si no estuviste en el domicilio cuando pasaron.
