They never answer the phone, the tracking number cannot find my package and nothing has arrived at my address

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un envió a ocurre a esta oficina y según estafeta tengo 5 días hábiles para recoger mi paquete sin ningún costo, sin embargo en esta sucursal te cobran 30 pesos extra por cada paquete que recibes. No es casualidad que estén mal rankeados , pues el encargado menciona que ellos no son ESTAFETA y que son solo concesionarios y que tienen sus propias reglas, ESTAFETA no tiene nada que ver aquí (eso dicen) aunque si usan su imagen y nombre.
I requested a delivery to this office and according to the office I have 5 business days to pick up my package at no cost, however at this branch they charge you an extra 30 pesos for each package you receive. It is no coincidence that they are badly ranked, as the manager mentions that they are not ESTAFETA and that they are only dealers and that they have their own rules, ESTAFETA has nothing to do with here (so they say) although they do use their image and name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, no hay Internet y no pudieron generar me la guía, el muchacho muy atento y todo pero si quieres hacer un envio no es la mejor opción en xico
Terrible, there is no Internet and they could not generate the guide for me, the boy was very attentive and everything, but if you want to make a shipment, it is not the best option in Mexico

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Deje un paquete con guía ya pagada y todavía me cobraron que por resguardo del producto y de lo que me cobraron me dieron una hojita escrita a mano y le pusieron un sello que ni siquiera es de estafeta y pregunté cuando se Hiba y me dijeron mañana temprano y hasta ahorita rastreamos a la paquete y dice que no ha Sido entregado en la paquetería
I left a package with a guide already paid for and they still charged me for the receipt of the product and what they charged me they gave me a handwritten sheet and they put a stamp on it that is not even made by mail and I asked when it was Hiba and they told me early tomorrow and until now we trace the package and it says that it has not been delivered in the parcel
