a	anai bustos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, en los historiales dice siempre "destinatario ausente" cuando la entrega es en una tienda abierta de 8 de la mañana a 9 de la noche, importar un producto de Alemania me tardó menos que recibir un paquete de Ixtapa a acambaro ( ya van 8 días y nada), para nada recomendable esta paquetería, le doy una estrella porque si no no me deja publicar, pero ni eso se merecen. Terrible service, in the records it always says "recipient absent" when the delivery is in a store open from 8 in the morning to 9 at night, importing a product from Germany took me less than receiving a package from Ixtapa to Acambaro (they are already 8 days and nothing), this package is not recommended at all, I give it a star because if it does not let me publish, but they do not deserve that.

Tuve que volver a ir a la sucursal a recogerlos. P	Pablo Aaron Garcia Medrano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ is Imposible to talk with a Human, since 2 years they start using very unhelping boots by phone and whatsup, boots didnt use same data as website then is impossible to solve any issue, , Drivers are Lazy lot of them are contractors now and they just dont want to deliver some packages in private condominiums they never give a call , never answer, just the ladies in the office are responsible humans, manager are a very bad unpollite person. estafeta for sure is now worse parcell service in mexico.
