Estoy aqui por que en el rastreo de un envío que me hicieron dice que el destinatario no estuvo presente en el domicilio, pero nunca llegaron a mi domicilio. Deberian tener atención a cliente ya que no hay forma de comunicarse. Phones are not answered this is in all branches. The schedule says 9 am open. La señorita que me contacto para avisarme de mi paquete muy grosera y no sabe explicar la situación y hace más grande el problema de lo que es. Que falta de compromiso con el cliente que al parecer no quieren mandar las cosas. Ya he tenido varios retrasos con Estafeta, definitivamente no lo recomiendo. Para generar reporte pide información por parte del remitente que yo no tengo, (Fue una compra en línea). Jamás se comunicaron conmigo para saber la información faltante o alguna observación en el pedido. Tengo aproximadamente 40 minutos de espera en el teléfono para poder comunicarme con algún asesor y me pueda dar solución esto. ¡¡Tienen una pésima atención al cliente!!, toda la interacción con ustedes es únicamente por Bots o chats programados que no llevan a ningún lugar y solo confunden más. 2 days late, 1st failure due to alleged absence at home, 2nd failure due to lack of information, request to generate report.
