★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered from Amazon and I followed the tracking of Estafeta. Around 2:20 p.m. on the day the guia indicated for delivery to my house I noticed an email from Amazon notifying me the package had been delivered at 1:51 p.m. Estafeta never came to my door and I most certainly didn't receive my order. None of Estafeta's phone numbers work. Amazon claims Estafeta delivered it even though I advised I had not. The "proof of delivery" states my name, without signature. Estafeta is at fault, but Amazon is complicit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to send a package to a restaurant in Lo de Marcos. It took a 4 wks...
We even contact the delivery guy directly after the first week to make sure he knew which restaurant to take it to. The tracking report said that he had tried to deliver it every Weds and Sat but address not found. He never responded to our WhatsApp messages. FU Jana.
The final week we contacted the main office in Ixtapa where we were able to have them finally find the package that might have been misplaced there. But that still took two follow-ups calls to ensure the package made it to it's destination.
Service beyond the front desk was pathetic at best. You get what you pay for. I will spend the extra money in the future and go with FedEx or DHL.

They do require you to "wrap up your package ?" with lots of clear wrapping plastic (**you cannot do that on site).
