★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pago para recibir al día siguiente y resulta que están con exceso de envios, mejor debería de quitar día siguiente y solo poner entrega en 5 u 8 días hábiles, y si marcas a los únicos 2 teléfonos que hay, si de buenas entra la llamada tardan bastantisimo en responder, debería de haber alguien para dar la cara a todas las malas críticas

Pero la atención en la sucursal es bastante buena y eficiente, a lo que vas y sin rodeos, entras y sales en menos de 5 minutos.
Buen servicio al cliente y buena atención pos servicio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio , falta de cordinación entre el personal, no recomiendo q ocupen esta empresa de paquetería no entrega a tiempo los pedidos, paquetes etc etc pierde los paquetes no saben dnd andan quien los tiene, dnd quedó , muy lentos falta de capacitación ,falta atención al cliente defensivamente mala experiencia con estafeta
Terrible service, lack of coordination among the staff, I do not recommend that they occupy this parcel company, it does not deliver orders, packages, etc., on time, loses the packages, they do not know where who has them, where they were left, very slow, lack of training, lack of attention defensively bad customer experience with courier
