Terrible service, nobody solves anything for you, my package did not arrive on the estimated date and nobody knows anything, only that it may arrive in a few days. You fight horrors for someone to answer you on any phone and they do not give you any solution. I will never use them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, pagas un servicio express par entrega al día siguiente y te entregan 4 días después. Hablas a atención a clientes, hacen como que te atienden y después de la tercer llamada de seguimiento, te cuelgan.
Lamentablemente aun y que levantes quejas, nadie hace nada.
Terrible service, you pay an express service for delivery the next day and they deliver 4 days later. You talk to customer service, they pretend to attend you and after the third follow-up call, they hang up on you.
Unfortunately even if you raise complaints, nobody does anything.
