G	GLORIA HILDA CASTRO MORALES on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les informo que la atencion es la sucursal Morelos es pesima, la persona que atiende ahi es grosera, prepotente y burlona, le pedi me dijera cual era la ubicacion de las sucursales en Leon Gto de la direccion a la que iba a mandar y como no traia lentes le pedi me dijera cual era la del centro y me dijo que no sabia, entonces le dije que iria a otra compañia y se burlo diciendo que me fuera para alla, por favor, la atencion al cliente es muy importante para poder regresar pues si no se les iran los cliente por gente inexperta, burlona y valemadrista como ellas. l	leo travis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El PEOR servicio del mundo tengo mas de una semana esperando que se entregue un paquete que tienen detenido en sucursal sin motivo alguno y jamas contestan y en 01 800 no solucionan nada ayer por fin mi paquete parecía en “ruta de entrega” y hoy de nuevo va a sucursal y lo peor de todo es que pague por entrega al siguiente dia y ya va mas de la semana.. PESIMO SERVICIO ultima vez que utilizo estafeta!! No contestan llamadas ni con lada 662 o lo hacen de mala gana y si das seguimiento puntual a un pedido retrasado se molestan. No recomiendo para nada esta sucursal. A	Alan Burruel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, envié un paquete a ocurre y no me dijeron que solo puede estar 5 días de espera, el tracking del paquete fallo, se quedó en proceso de entrega a oficina todo el tiempo, pague $462 pesos para nada, devolvieron el paquete a Hermosillo y ni avisan al que va recibir, quise hacer un reclamo y no sirve de nada, nomás lo dejan como buzón de quejas.
