★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Necesitan mejorar la atención, para.enrega de.paquetes más de una hora, y si vas a enviar y ya llevas guía.igual , ojo añadiendo la plaza donde se encuentra esta pésimo el estacionamiento...

Cómo es posible que se me ha entregado otros paquetes de diferentes compañías y ustedes estafeta me salgan con la payasada que no fueron con el lugar y todavía su reparto me levanté la voz y se ponga mamón... Pésimo, ojalá nunca me vuelvan a enviar en esta compañía..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi paquete no llegó a tiempo, nunca pude hablar con un operador o alguien que me diera razón. Sumamente difícil realizar un reporte me pedía datos que desconocía y no había nadie que pudiera asesorarme. Las contestadoras no resolvieron mi problema. Quede muy molesta con el servicio.
My package did not arrive on time, I could never speak to an operator or someone who would give me reason. La empresa no tiene atención al cliente. Sus chats don con robots. Nadie se hace responsable del paquete robado por sus trabajadores

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio... Hay mucha afluencia de personas... El día que fui había una fila de 6 personas pero nos atendieron bastante rápido no fue ni 15 minutos qué estuve ahí... Muy bien por parte del personal que labora en esta sucursal ??

Muy seguido me llegan paquetes y dicen que no vienen para mi zona donde vivo, por lo que me hacen ir hasta alla por ellos, y me queda super retirado.
Cabe recalcar que en mi zona muy seguido andan camionetas de estafeta por lo cual si vienen hasta acá.
No soy la unica he visto que a mucjos les pasa esta situación.
Y no hay una solucion por telefono ni con los trabajadores, tuvieron un retraso de 2 semanas para entregarme mi paquete.
Pesimo, creo es en especial esta sucursal porque en queretaro son mas eficientes.
