★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me abrieron el paquete y me dejaron la Mitac de zapato , pusieron cuchillo en las bolsas me robaron las cosas de mi mama y otras coas de mi hermano le cambiaron la cinta adesiva me rompieron cosas y me pusieron 2 navajas para abrir paquetes mas elcuchullo no hay repetitive
 They opened the package and left me the Mitac shoe, they put a knife in the bags, they stole my mom's things and other things from my brother, they changed the adhesive tape, they broke things and they gave me 2 knives to open packages, but there is no knife. repetitive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son una pésima empresa de paquetería de nada sirve tanta tecnología si los del personal son una vergüenza me tuve k trasladar hasta la una sucursal donde me sugirieron ir. Ala central la cual me sale k lo m asaron a otra sucursal son unos ineptos y su repuesta fue k uno tiene k estar al pendiente del envío ya k no pueden hablar por teléfono para checar los estatus hdspm
They are a lousy parcel company, so much technology is useless if the staff are a disgrace. I had to move to a branch where they suggested I go. Central wing which I get k they roasted at another branch they are inept and their response was that one has to be aware of the shipment since they cannot talk on the phone to check the hdspm status

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Su báscula en esta sucursal roba. Me envié un paquete de Culiacán a puebla y peso 29 kilos , después tuve que enviar de nuevo a otro destino y envié el mismo paquete pero resulta que ahora aquí peso 43 kilos. De donde salieron los 14 kilos de la nada ? Rateros !

La persona muy grosera, uno intenta hacer no sólo las cosas bien y ser empático pero el tipo en una actitud, difícil, pesada, grosero en sus modos y cómo si te hiciera un favor. De verdad nunca vuelvo a utilizar estafeta . En DHL al menos tal vez no son súper sonrientes pero hacen su trabajo eficientemente , de verdad debí preguntar el nombre de este “humano” porque no es posible un servicio al cliente tan deficiente y nefasto.
Lousy attention. The very rude person, one tries to do not only things well and be empathetic but the guy in an attitude, difficult, heavy, rude in his ways and as if he were doing you a favor. I really never use post office again. At DHL at least maybe they are not super smiley but they do their job efficiently, I really should have asked the name of this "human" because such poor and disastrous customer service is not possible.
