★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio la señora muy prepotente y grosera, se le pregunta como se puede resolver lo de un envío y sólo te dice que no se puede. Si no les gusta su trabajo mejor que se salga y le de el lugar a una persona que si sea empatica y quiera trabajar.
Terrible service, the very arrogant and rude lady, she is asked how she can solve the shipment and she only tells you that it cannot be done. If they don't like their job, it's better for them to leave and give the place to a person who is empathetic and wants to work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me duele vertir esta experiencia. Ya que no todos son malos pero hay una persona de sexo masculino que es demasiado prepotente para realizar su trabajo. Solo espero que estafeta ponga manos a la obra y haga lo que tenga que hacer. Recordemos que estafeta es una empresa prestadora de servicios y si el servicio que se presta en esa sucursal no es de calidad y no tiene calidez. No sirve.
It pains me to pour out this experience. Since not all are bad but there is a male person who is too arrogant to do his job. I just hope that Estafeta gets to work and does what he has to do. Let us remember that Estafeta is a service provider company and if the service provided in that branch is not of quality and does not have warmth. It does not work.
