★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no contestan los teléfonos. Dicen que el pedido se entrega de 2 A 3 días hábiles pasan 5 días y te dicen que no se te a entregado que porque no hay mas paquetes que vayan cerca de tu colonia :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ALV mejor pidan sus cosas por DHL o hasta por correos de México estos weyes dicen envío de 3 a 5 días y llevo casi tres semanas esperando.
Ponen fecha de Entrega y ya luego solo me dice que genere un reporte.
Es el peor servicio de paqueteria que existe
ALV better order your things by DHL or even by post from Mexico these weyes say they ship from 3 to 5 days and I've been waiting for almost three weeks.
They put a delivery date and then it only tells me to generate a report.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia con Estafeta, desde hace diez días me enviaron un paquete de Pátzcuaro Michoacán que en carro está a 3 horas de distancia. El repartidor nunca se presentó a mi domicilio y está calificado en el rastreo que vino dos veces y no encontró quien recibiera el paquete cuando la casa no ha estado sola en ningún momento porque me urgía lo que tenía el envío para un evento que tuve el día 17. Ya me hicieron quedar mal. Y la empresa me deja una imagen de completa irresponsabilidad y malísima eficiencia.
Terrible experience with Estafeta, for ten days they sent me a package of Pátzcuaro Michoacán that by car is 3 hours away. The delivery man never showed up at my address and is qualified in the tracking that came twice and did not find who received the package when the house has not been alone at any time because I was urgently needed what the shipment had for an event that I had the day 17. They already made me look bad. And the company leaves me with an image of complete irresponsibility and very bad efficiency.

No hay servicio al cliente.
Me tardaron 15 días y tuve que ir por él a una sucursal.
Según no me encontraba en mi domicilio, según no contestaba el teléfono, todo es una mentira. Siempre estaba al pendiente porque necesitaba mi paquete.
