★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un pésimo servicio de entrega y las app no se diga un asco lastima que la tienda donde compre no manejaba otra línea pero siempre tengo malas experiencias pésimo servicio para la entrega de nada sirve buen servicio al frente si atrás vienen haciendo mal el trabajo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre que he ido a la sucursal de plaza Cuernavaca las chicas que atienden son amables y rápidas. Los chicos que me han entregado a domicilio y los que han ido por recolección también! El único inconveniente que he tenido es que al llamar para recolección (mi última experiencia) NUNCA fueron a recoger mi paquete, a pesar de que lo programé 4 veces, esto no se a que se deba y a quien reportar. De ahí en fuera todo bien! Y por eso le doy 3 estrellas.
Whenever I have gone to the Plaza Cuernavaca branch, the girls who attend are friendly and fast. The guys who have delivered me at home and those who have gone for collection too! The only inconvenience I've had is that when I called for pickup (my last experience) they NEVER came to pick up my package, even though I scheduled it 4 times, I don't know why and who to report. From then on all good! And for that I give it 3 stars.
