★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quedaron de enviar confirmación a mi correo del paquete q devolví a Mercado Libre y nunca llegó. Allí mismo esperé más de 15m y según Srta Karina lo volvió a enviar pero nunca lo recibí.
They agreed to send confirmation to my email of the package that I returned to Mercado Libre and it never arrived. Right there I waited more than 15m and according to Ms. Karina she sent it again but I never received it.

¡Pésimo servicio! Fui a buscar mi paquete a la oficina en donde supuestamente lo encontraría y no estaba. De ahí, me mandaron por el paquete a una tienda extra (una tienda de abarrotes muy fea), en donde me pidieron requisitos absurdos para entregarlo y no mencionados por la empresa, lo cual me hizo perder mucho tiempo y hacer un coraje importante. En mi vida vuelvo a pagar por un servicio tan malo.
WATCH OUT.
Terrible service! I went to get my package from the office where I was supposed to find it and it wasn't there. From there, they sent me for the package to an extra store (a very ugly grocery store), where they asked me for absurd requirements to deliver it and not mentioned by the company, which made me lose a lot of time and make a significant amount of courage. I will never pay for such a bad service again in my life.
