They steal your package marking it as delivered because supposedly they no longer make you sign anything due to covid protocols, nor do they ask for a credential, I ordered a package from my business which I am in front of all day and they marked it as delivered at 1:30 when checking the tracking number attached with a digital receipt supposedly signed by me, a van or a courier delivery person never arrived at my business at that time or all day.... I spoke to 01 800 and it is a call center that does not work nothing, there is no human possibility of really talking to a courier agent... I went to an office in fco villa and from there they spoke to abel delivery man on the cell phone and he shamelessly says that he gave it to me, they tell me to go to the matrix there for 3 kms further inside the dump than because the delivery man was going to be there waiting for me 5 minutes late to arrive, as soon as they see me arriving they leave quickly and they let him go at that moment! ...pure cover among the staff, arguing that they can't keep him, they just made fools of themselves, they spoke to a manager who just said that he was marked as delivered and nothing else didn't come out of there, he went out to the patio to make himself a guaje and they sent to speak to another manager saying that it is a matter of investigation with the delivery man ... packages supposedly delivered are disappearing under the pretext that you cannot sign, the delivery man signs and steals your package that little mother !!!!
