Te aparece una hora estimada y al preguntar en el servicio "personalizado" en whats app te contesta una tipa "Selene Castillo " diciendote que se generara un reporte y esperaras hasta el dia siguiente haber si llega. Preguntas una cosa y te dicen otra. A final de cuentas su solucion es esperar, no te dan informacion de donde se encuentra el pedido para tranquilizarte si no que te esperes. Si no te enteras todo bien pero si tienes un minimo problema notas el esquema de papel que tienen espero que mi pedido no llegue mal por que ya me hicieron pasar un horrible dia Their digital service where they show you your order is a bad joke. Terrible service, they only deceive you with their attractive "Next Day Service" package, it arrives the same as the ordinary package. DON'T BE FOOLED.
