★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca contestan el número tele que muestran, los paquetes no los enviarn domicilio tiene uno que recogerlos en alguna de sus sucursal y piden muchas cosas
 They never answer the phone number they show, the packages will not be sent to your home, you have to pick them up at one of their branches and they ask for many things

Siempre tengo que ir al almacén que esta en etla por mis paquetes ya que los señores de esta estachafa me cambian el código postal y dirección .
Mejor envíen por DHL,paquete exprés o por otra ya equivalente
Terrible attention.
I always have to go to the warehouse that is in etla for my packages since the men of this scam change my postal code and address.
Better send by DHL, express parcel or by another equivalent one

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio en las demás sucursales de la ciudad las empleadas son muy amables pero en esta sucursal las veces que he ido la señora que atiende te atiende pésimo como si te hiciera un favor por mi parte perdieron un cliente por la pésima atención de la empleada
Terrible service in the other branches of the city the employees are very friendly but in this branch the times I have been the lady who attends you treats you terrible as if she were doing you a favor for my part they lost a client due to the terrible attention of the employee
