Su servicio es sumamente deficiente tuve q venir porq no hicieron una recoleccion el dia de ayer despues de confirmarla, via telefonica porq había pasado el tiempo de recolección. Me confirmaron pasar y aun asi no llegaron ni hablaron ni nada... No levanto esta queja por un error q puedr pasarle a todos o por un mal dia, es la 4ta vez q sucede. Solo uso el servicio porque mercado libre me lo impone si no usaría cualquier otro.
 I give them a star because you can not do less. Their service is extremely poor. I had to come because they did not make a collection yesterday after confirming it, by phone because the collection time had passed. They confirmed to pass me and even then they did not arrive or speak or anything ... I am not raising this complaint because of an error that could happen to everyone or because of a bad day, it is the 4th time that it happens. I only use the service because free market imposes it on me if I would not use any other.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estafeta como siempre excelente, el cuate que lo atiende es el problema, siempre hay un problema para mandar o recibir un paquete en esta sucursa, no es ran eficiente como otras sucursales de estafetal!! Insisto!!! Estafeta excelente!!! El personal qué atiende esta sucursal es el problema.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único que no me gustó es que tuve que comprar un sobre para hacer devolución de mercancía de shein, diciendo que en bolsas no aceptan mercancía. En Redpack no me cobraron ni vendieron nada, fueron más amables en atención comparados con estafeta

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención por parte de las personas del mostrador, no tienen educación parece que hacen las cosas y están equivocados porque se paga un servicio. Desde que llegas están con una jeta grandísima hasta que te entregan tu paquete, ya van dos veces que me mandan de Amazon mensajería he tenido que ir a y desgraciadamente muy mala atención. Si puedes evitaro.
