★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, siempre envío ropa en sobres, y el lunes que fui la chica que atiende me dijo que la ropa no se envía en sobres, cuando todos sabemos que si se puede, me dijeron que la próxima vez que lo hiciera me iban a sancionar, muy mal!
 Terrible service, I always send clothes in envelopes, and on Monday that I went the girl who attends told me that clothes are not sent in envelopes, when we all know that it is possible, they told me that the next time I did it they would penalize me , very bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seguido voy a dejar paquetes y no aceptan varias cosas como bolsas y sobres de papel kraft, copias de la guía etc. Y también me pasó que quise comprar cajas y sobres y no quisieron venderla me contestó el chico que atiende que por qué harían una compostura al segundo piso y no podía venderlo? ...Y después que salí de la agencia me di cuenta que era por qué estaban por cerrar, porque el horario es de 9 a 2 y eran la 1:55 faltaban 5 min, en fin si quieres ahorrarte filas por qué siempre hay o que te digan que tú paquete está mal envuelto...mejor pide la recolección a tú domicilio y solo pasan por el paquete y no cuestionan nada más

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son excelentes en el servicio pero me molesta que se pongan muy exigentes con la forma de entregar el paquete, se supone que podemos utilizar cajas recicladas, los artículos que yo he recibido hasta en doble bolsa mi paquete y en esa sucursal siempre me obligan a comprar una caja para el envío, entonces las políticas cambian depende de la sucursal o cómo?!
They are excellent in the service but it bothers me that they are very demanding with the way of delivering the package, we are supposed to use recycled boxes, the items that I have received even double bag my package and in that branch they always force me to buy a box for shipping, so the policies change depending on the branch or how?!

Como en todo hay sempre gente neurótica que desean que los atendienan rápido y molestará al personal, que pena porque son gente joven y ya con bilis. No pongo la foto porque quizá me linchan.
