★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situado sobre la avenida, es un local pequeño. Buena atención aunque solo hay una persona en mostrador, por lo que puede ser lento si está muy concurrido. No hay estacionamiento, tiene una papelería a un costado por si se requiere algún aditamento de última hora (diurex, sobres, etc).
Located on the avenue, it is a small place. Good attention although there is only one person at the counter, so it can be slow if it is very busy. There is no parking, it has a stationery store next to it in case any last minute accessory is required (diurex, envelopes, etc).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No respetan el aforo, habia 4 personas adentro mas la persona que recibe los paquetes, ademas que es muy tardado.
They do not respect the capacity, there were 4 people inside plus the person who receives the packages, also it is very late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención era buena hasta que rechazaron un poder notarial para recoger un paquete por mi. Eso de pasarse por el arco del triunfo un documento firmado ante notario no habla bien de ustedes. Jamás sucedió con DHL ni con FEdEx
The attention was good until they rejected a power of attorney to pick up a package for me. That of going through the arch of triumph a document signed before a notary does not speak well of you. It never happened with DHL or FEdEx

Me encanta el servicio de estafeta pero consideraré otra compañía debido a su personal
Terrible service from Marlene Rodriguez, a despotic, grumpy lady who does not know how to do her job. I went to pick up a box with ALL the required documents and his reply was "do as you like, I'm not going to give you anything"
I love the courier service but will consider another company because of their staff
