I don't know why they have a phone if they don't even answer it, in terms of lousy billing ... they still make you wait two days it doesn't come ... and there is one having to go look for them ...

Les pregunte si tenian algun telefono o celular para llamar, me dijeron q no y bueno, pues regrese mas tarde y afortunadamente ya estaban mis cosas esperando oara q las recogiera.
Saludos y mejor suerte a los usuarios q tequieran este servicio.
I went to pick up something in the hour that should have arrived, it was not there and I had to return.
I asked them if they had a phone or cell phone to call, they told me no and well, I came back later and luckily my things were already waiting for me to pick them up.
