Nunca he tenido problema con las entregas que me realizan los señores, ellos siempre excelente comportamiento y muy amables
PERO la señora que atiende en la sucursal NUNCA está, deberían de moverla de ahí, a la hora que vayas nunca está
O anda en el "baño" o está comiendo hasta las 3 de la tarde, siempre hay gente esperándola por que quien sabe donde anda la señora.
AWFUL SERVICE IN BRANCH
I have never had a problem with the deliveries made by the gentlemen, they always have excellent behavior and are very kind
BUT the lady who attends the branch is NEVER there, they should move her from there, when you go she is never there
Either she's in the "bathroom" or she's eating until 3 in the afternoon, there are always people waiting for her because who knows where the lady is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A don paco de verdad tiene pura basura de empleados que ni siquiera ponen atención a las unidades de entrada y de salida y se roban las cosas y hazta los paquetes de los clientes y luego los de seguridad dicen el Devio de abercelos llevado cuando los ratas están dentro porque mucha gente se esta quejando que no le llegan los paquetes
Don Paco really has pure garbage of employees who do not even pay attention to the entry and exit units and steal things and make packages for the clients and then the security people say the Devio de abercelos taken when the rats are inside because many people are complaining that the packages do not arrive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took 9 days from Mexico City to Texas. It should not take no more than 3 days. It seems it took 2 days from Mexico City to Reynosa. Then from Reynosa it took 7 days via UPS. That is not good transit time.
