 They are supposed to have running hours but it happens twice, at noon and 2:20 pm and says closed, if they are not going to open the branch they at least put an announcement ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un paquete lleva 20 dias de ser enviado y la ultima actualizacion de rastreo es de hace 16 dias. Llevo 2 dias intentando hablar con un humano en servicio al cliente y nadie contesta.
A package takes 20 days to ship and the last tracking update is 16 days ago. I've been trying to talk to a human in customer service for 2 days and nobody answers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ayer lleve 5 paquetes a esta oficina para ser enviados y hoy a las 9:38 de la noche todavía no se envían! He solicitado mas de 3 recolecciones a mi domicilio y nunca han acudido. Tenemos una tienda en línea y nos han hecho quedar muy mal con nuestros clientes. Estoy muy decepcionada del servicio.
Yesterday I brought 5 packages to this office to be shipped and today at 9:38 pm they still do not ship! I have requested more than 3 collections to my home and have never come. We have an online store and they have made us look very bad with our customers. I am very disappointed in the service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malísimo el servicio de recolección, nunca pasaron por los paquetes. En callcenter no te dan la información correcta, me mandaron a ubicaciones donde no existían las sucursales y me dieron mal todos los horarios. El servicio de envió es mejor, llegaron super rápido, y en buen estado.
The collection service was terrible, they never went through the packages. In callcenter they do not give you the correct information, they sent me to locations where there were no branches and they gave me all the hours wrong. The delivery service is better, they arrived super fast, and in good condition.
