Tenia entrega a domicilio, pero como el repartidor estaba de malas me dijo que no tenía tiempo de andar buscando mi dirección que pasara a sucursal a recoger mi paquete y eso que la dirección era correcta ya que no es la única paqueteria que uso y nunca he tenido problemas con mi dirección... Al querer dar mi queja por teléfono no le quisieron dar seguimiento.
 TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
I had home delivery, but since the delivery man was in a bad way, he told me that he did not have time to look for my address to go to the branch to pick up my package and that the address was correct since it is not the only parcel I use and I have never had problems with my address ... When I wanted to make my complaint by phone, they did not want to follow up.

Eviten enviar sus paquetes por este medio si no quieren tener dolores de cabeza, son una bola de rateros que te prometen entregar en tiempo. Ya van 3 días y mi paquete no se entrega y eso que pague el servicio de entrega garantizada día siguiente antes del medio día $ 1,075.74 reitero ya son 3 días y el paquete no llego a su destino. Opten por DHL o FEDEX son menos peores que la logística de ESTAFETA.
La chica de la tienda a todo dar, pero la logistica es PEEEESIMAAAAA...!!
NO ENVIEEEENNN POR ESTA PAQUETERIA CHAAFISIMAA Y CARA.

Avoid sending your packages by this means if you do not want to have headaches, they are a ball of thieves who promise to deliver on time. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pague un servicio de frágil extra por cuidar mis cosas la envié con caja que ellos mismos venden y me dicen que está mal empaquetada y no me la pueden entregar, eso quiere decir que está de más comprar lo frágil y que ellos no cuidan los paquetes..

Compre guías preparadas en la tienda de estafeta en línea, en sucursal no las quieren recibir porque dicen que tienen que ser digitales y que haga la conversión y por correo la misma Estafeta me dicen que sí me pueden recibir guías físicas.
Estafeta es malo, pero esta sucursal de las peores que he tenido que usar.

Buy prepared guides in the online Estafeta store, at the branch they don't want to receive them because they say they have to be digital and that they do the conversion and by mail, Estafeta itself tells me that they can receive physical guides.
