★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy esperando mi paquete desde el día jueves y ya es martes y aún no llega me dice que está en bodega esperando ruta pero el paquete llegó desde el día sábado.. muy mala atención pues fui a recoger a una sucursal para que me informaran dónde llego y me dijo la señorita grosera que me regresara a casa que ahí llegaría cuando yo iba a recoger malísima paquetería
I am waiting for my package since Thursday and it is already Tuesday and it has not arrived yet it tells me that it is in the warehouse waiting for a route but the package arrived from Saturday .. very bad attention because I went to pick up a branch to inform me where I arrived and the rude young lady told me to go home that she would arrive when I was going to pick up the crappy parcel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se pagó entrega al día siguiente y nada más cobraron el servicio y nunca cumplieron, nunca entregaron el envío cómo debió ser, tuve que ir a recogerlo porque si no ahí siguiera en espera hasta quién sabe cuándo
Delivery was paid the next day and they only charged for the service and they never complied, they never delivered the shipment as it should have been, I had to go pick it up because if not there I would still be waiting until who knows when
