★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De qué sirve programar recolecciones de paquetes si JAMÁS pasan por ellos. Están a punto de vencer las guías y voy a terminar llevando yo los paquetes porque al parecer son tan ineptos para hacer su trabajo que uno lo tiene que hacer por ellos. Primer intento de envío con esta paquetería y estoy completamente decepcionada desde ya. Lástima que no se puede dar menos de una estrella.
What's the point of scheduling package pickups if they NEVER go through them. The guides are about to expire and I'm going to end up carrying the packages because apparently they are so inept at doing their job that you have to do it for them. First attempt to send with this package and I am completely disappointed from now on. Too bad you can't give less than one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé un paquete y le comenté que era frágil, el tipo que atiende me dijo que ellos no manejan cosas frágiles que el paquete lo pondrían de cabeza incluso que me recomendaba enviarlo en otra paquetería en la que fueran más cuidadosos como Fedex o DHL, que manera de hablar mal del lugar donde trabaja, no entiendo cómo pueden te era gente tan inepta y que no ama su trabajo, gracias a su ineptitud se pierden tres días de trabajo x q ahora es buscar una paquetería que si sepan trabajar y manejar un paquete x que se supone que deberían darle un trato responsable a cualquier paquete sea o no frágil
Ahí tienen al tipo ojalá le dieran su puesto a cualquiera de los Miles de desempleados que desearían un trabajo en estos momentos
I took a package and I commented that it was fragile, the guy who attends told me that they do not handle fragile things that would turn the package upside down even that he recommended that I send it in another parcel where they were more careful like Fedex or DHL, what a way to speak badly of the place where he works, I do not understand how people could be so inept and who do not love their work, thanks to their ineptitude they lose three days of work because now it is looking for a parcel that if they know how to work and handle a package x that they are supposed to treat any parcel responsibly, whether or not it is fragile
There you have the guy, I wish they would give their job to any of the thousands of unemployed who would like a job right now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laboran de lunes a viernes de 10am a 10pm. Siempre hay 3 o 4 empleados en el mostrador. La oficina es bastante grande pero también hay momentos en los que llegan muchos clientes con más de 10 o 20 paquetes y se hacen filas enormes, el tiempo de espera llega a ser hasta de 30minutos para poder realizar tu envío.
El SERVICIO POR PARTE DE LA LOGÍSTICA De estafeta todavía tiene bastantes fallas, muchos errores, y deficiencias. No todo es culpa del empleado del mostrador, ni del repartidor, ni del gerente o supervisor. ⚠️En fin hay muchos procesos que mejorar y probablemente pasen décadas en resolverlos.
They work from Monday to Friday from 10am to 10pm. There are always 3 or 4 employees at the counter. The office is quite large but there are also times when many customers arrive with more than 10 or 20 packages and huge lines are made, the waiting time becomes up to 30 minutes to make your shipment.
SERVICE BY THE LOGISTICS Stafeta still has many failures, many errors, and deficiencies. Not everything is the fault of the employee at the counter, or the delivery man, or the manager or supervisor. ⚠️In short there are many processes to improve and probably spend decades solving them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sé merecen ni una estrella, Pésimo servicio, por parte de los repartidores muy groseros, me iban a entregar una caja en malas condiciones toda rota, y el muy sínico solo dijo así me la dieron, así la estoy entregando, se le iba a sacar foto y pues el tipejo no permitió que se le sacará foto de inmediato la subió a la camioneta, solo que a los 5 días regresan a entregarme la caja y ahora el inepto repartidor me dice va a querer la caja para bajarla!!! Que esperaba el tipo que la bajara yo !! Pues si por eso le pagan !! Y el sabía en qué condiciones estaba la caja por eso no la bajo al momento de entrega, se le dijo que si, pero al ver la caja venía envuelta en playo y toda pegada con cinta canela, No es posible que una empresa de prestigio tenga empleados que solo desprestigien.
Si no les gusta su trabajo pues hubieran estudiado.....
I don't know they deserve even one star, Terrible service, by the very rude delivery men, they were going to give me a box in bad conditions, all broken, and the very cynic just said that's how they gave it to me, that's how I'm delivering it, it was going to be take a picture and then the guy didn't allow me to take a picture of him immediately, he put it in the van, only after 5 days they come back to deliver the box and now the inept delivery man tells me he's going to want the box to take it down!!! What was the guy waiting for me to download it !! Well, that's why they pay him!! And he knew what conditions the box was in, that's why he didn't take it down at the time of delivery, he was told yes, but when he saw the box it came wrapped in sandpaper and all stuck with cinnamon tape, It is not possible for a prestigious company to have employees who only discredit.
If they don't like their job then they would have studied.....
