★ ★ ★ ★ ★ nunca atienden el telefono y cuando contestan lo hacen de mala gana se les esta pagando el envio no es de a gratis no se por que son asi deberian de checar eso la empresa y cambiar el personal por algo mas eficiente

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, no le entregaron en mi domicilio que por que no dieron con la dirección!! Ya es la tercera ves que me sucede esto!! Con otras paquetería jamás me a sucedido!! Le doy una estrella por que no esta el cero!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 de cada 5 veces que he tenido que ir el personal atiende muy mal, además el HORARIO que indica Google está mal, su hora de comida es de 15:00 a 16:00 NO SE CONFUNDAN CON EL HORARIO QUE INDICAN AQUÍ.
Le doy dos estrellas porque en 1 ocasión fueron amables y me propusieron una solución para realizar mi envio en el tiempo que requería, pero el resto de las ocasiones su atención ha sido pésima, no ayudan a las personas que necesitan de su servicio, es como hablar con una pared.
4 out of 5 times that I have had to go, the staff attends very poorly, in addition to the SCHEDULE that Google indicates is wrong, their lunchtime is from 3:00 to 4:00 PM.
I give it two stars because on 1 occasion they were kind and they proposed a solution to make my shipment in the time it required, but the rest of the times their attention has been terrible, they do not help the people who need their service, it is like talk to a wall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo una mala impresión por parte de estafeta. La primera es que ya no te dan bolsas o sobres para el envío de documentos según por qué están en contra de la contaminación, pero aún así las mismas que contaminaban antes ahora las venden. Otra es al momento de entregar tu paquete ya no imprimen el recibo del paquete y por alguna razón la empleada se equivoca en algo y hace impresiones sin importarle si contamina o no cerca de 50 impresiones para localizar un número de guía. Y por último no tienen las medidas necesarias para evitar el contagio ya que ellos como empleados se cuidan que no entren sin cubrebocas pero afuera nadie respeta la distancia y no hay un control de acceso simplemente creen que los usuarios van a respetar quien llegó primero y esto puede causar algún problema que puede que llegue a involucrarlos ocasionandoles un daño colateral y todo por no tener un control de ello tan solo por cuidar a sus empleados.
