★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esa sucursal no existe y no fue el único que tuvo que acudir a otra sucursal para entregar paquetes, solo me hicieron caminar 4,2 kilómetros para nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entregan a mi domicilio y no atienden el teléfono, en internet y WhatsApp es una máquina no te saca de apuro inicie chat lo termine y hasta a media noche sigue llegando mjs solo di hola y te atiendo, el paquete lo tienen en bodega nada cerca para recogerlo y quiero me lo transfieran a una sucursal más cerca dicen ellos no lo pueden pedir tengo que solicitarlo yo pero no responden se me an regresado los paquetes, que según por el COVID no tienen tanto personal por eso no responden si de todas formas trabajan no entiendo porque no contestar es mejor atender por teléfono que en persona si es por cuidarse, osea no se les pega el COVID por responder el teléfono
They do not deliver to my home and they do not answer the phone, on the internet and WhatsApp is a machine, it does not get you out of trouble, start chat, finish it and until midnight it keeps coming more just say hello and I'll take care of you, the package is in the warehouse nothing close to pick it up and I want to transfer it to a closer branch they say they can't ask for it I have to request it but they don't respond they have returned the packages, which according to COVID they don't have as many staff so they don't respond if they work anyway I do not understand why not answering it is better to answer by phone than in person if it is to take care of yourself, that is, COVID does not hit them for answering the phone
