★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mal servicio!! #estafeta Claramente les falta entrenamiento y educación básica!! De dos visitas que hice, las dos abrieron tarde y eso que abren a las 10!! Después tardan en poner a funcionar el sistema, tiempo que debería ser ya de trabajo. En mi visita me di cuenta que no respetan la fila de clientes, en el largo tiempo que estuve esperando vi como se brincaron a dos personas, los clientes eramos los que estábamos ordenados, y las señoritas que atendían eran las que, como en mercado, ponían el desorden. Al cliente frente a mi le dijeron en repetidas ocasiones y por cuanta excusa se les ocurrió, que su paquete "no se iba a poder" enviar, claramente tratando de evitar el trabajo (o batallar) ya que SI se pudo al final de cuentas!!! Y para esto, había dos personas "atendiendo" pero una era la que hacia y la otra... nomas mirando!! No se si porque no sabia que hacer o como hacerlo o porque la otra no la dejaba hacer nada, la cosa es que la fila de clientes seguía aumentando!! Trabajan en una paquetería y no quieren mover paquetes, a un cliente le pidieron que pusiera a pesar su voluminoso paquete y la báscula la tienen en un lugar donde forzosamente el empleado debe ayudar a mover la caja si es así de grande, pero nada, solo veían como el pobre hombre maniobraba, antes no vi si se reían porque me daban la espalda pero, con esas actitudes que se puede esperar!! Yo personalmente ya llevaba todo listo, para entregar e irme, pero como digo, no están bien entrenados o algo porque me hacían preguntas de cosas que luego ellas mismas decían "ah esto no se necesita".
Desafortunadamente se que al poner una queja directo con #estafeta, muchas veces entre ellos mismos se tapan sus actitudes y malas acciones y por eso no hay cambio. Por eso mejor aquí en opinión publica comparto mi experiencia y la segunda oportunidad que les di, en la que desafortunadamente tuve una experiencia todavía peor en lugar de reivindicarse.
Afortunadamente hay muchas empresas con mejor reputación que estafeta, si tal vez más caritas (aunque en ocasiones más baratas!!) pero eso si con mucho mejor servicio que es por lo que se esta pagando y bueno como dice el dicho, "lo barato sale caro!!"

They work in a parcel and do not want to move packages, a customer was asked to weigh his bulky package and the scale is in a place where the employee must help move the box if it is that big, but nothing, just They saw how the poor man maneuvered, before I did not see if they laughed because they turned their backs on me, but with those attitudes that can be expected! I personally already had everything ready, to deliver and leave, but as I say, they are not well trained or something because they asked me questions of things that they then said "oh this is not needed".
Unfortunately, I know that by filing a direct complaint with #estafeta, many times their attitudes and bad actions are covered among themselves and that is why there is no change. That's why better here in public opinion I share my experience and the second opportunity I gave them, in which unfortunately I had an even worse experience instead of claiming.
Fortunately there are many companies with a better reputation than a post office, if perhaps more faces (although sometimes cheaper!) But that with much better service that is what you are paying for and good as the saying goes, "cheap comes out expensive!!"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si tienen la opción de envíos por otra compañia ya sea DHL, UPS o Fedex les recomiendo cualquiera de las 3 simplemente estafeta es la peor opción, envíos deficientes o incompletos, atención al cliente deficiente y costos de envío altos, no se como una compañia con este servicio sigue activa, bendita pandemia y amazon no te acabes jejeje
If you have the option of shipping by another company either DHL, UPS or Fedex, I recommend any of the 3 simply courier is the worst option, poor or incomplete shipments, poor customer service and high shipping costs, I do not know how to be a company with this service is still active, blessed pandemic and amazon do not finish hehehe

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parece una oficina de gobierno, la señora que atiende, lejos de facilitar el servicio, lo hace sumamente burocrático; que si la guía debe ir así, que si la bolsa debe ir así, siempre la responsabilidad recae en el cliente, no te preparan nada porque no quiere trabajar y si no traes las cosas como ella dice encuentra la forma de hacértelo saber. La última que me dijo fue que si no llevaba la bolsa con las medidas adecuadas tooooda la línea de operación se iba a dañar y estafeta iba a colapsar. Ridícula!

Literal, me dijo que mi envío iba a llegar aplastado y que ellos no se hacían responsables por daños en la mercancía. Me tendrían que cobrar un cargo adicional por ponerle “frágil” al paquete y en fin… se encareció. Me fui a FEDEX.

Estafeta is super good, too bad the staff scared me off on this visit. Literally, they told me that my shipment was going to arrive flattened and that they were not responsible for damage to the merchandise. They would have to charge me an additional fee for making the package "fragile" and anyway ... it became more expensive. I went to FEDEX.
