Terrible service. Your customer service is useless. When they attend to your complaint it is NEVER their fault and they end up forcing you to go pick up what they do not deliver

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevo una hora esperando y la línea sigue sin moverse. Una falta de respeto solo tener a una persona trabajando y no se apuran. Deberían leer las reseñas por qué está queja es la razón de su rating.
I've been waiting for an hour and the line still doesn't move. It is disrespectful to just have one person working and they don't rush. They should read the reviews because this complaint is the reason for their rating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para que ponen números de teléfono si no los van a responder. Los repartidores no llegan al domicilio y si vas a las oficinas te dicen que no te pueden ayudar. Tengo 5 dias esperando mi pedido
Why put phone numbers if they are not going to answer them. The delivery men do not arrive at the address and if you go to the offices they tell you that they cannot help you. I have 5 days waiting for my order

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio!!! Los que atienden se van a la parte de atrás de la oficina y dejan filas de personas afuera que no dejan entrar… solo para dejar o recoger un paquete más de 2 horas!!!! Estacionan la camioneta afuera estorbando todos los lugares de clientes de la plaza y háganle como quieran, no se mueven aunque dejan encerrados los autos.… saturado y pésimo servicio!!! Eso si, los horarios no se respetan nunca y no entiendo como puede operar una sucursal así!!!!
Terrible service!!! Those who attend go to the back of the office and leave lines of people outside that they do not let in... just to drop off or pick up a package for more than 2 hours!!!! They park the van outside, blocking all the places where the customers in the plaza are located and do what they want, they don't move even though they leave the cars locked up... saturated and lousy service!!! Of course, the hours are never respected and I don't understand how a branch like this can operate!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de su personal es buena, el tiempo de espera que hice fue de aproximadamente 10 a 15 minutos para poder recibir mi paquete,pues por la contingencia sanitaria solo puede estar dentro de las instalaciones solo una persona (recibiendo la atención), lo único malo de todo esto, es que se supone tendría que recibir mi paquete en mi domicilio y no por ocurre, pero me mandaron un correo diciendo que no ubicaron mi domicilio por lo que tuvieron que dejar mi paquete en esas instalaciones ? y ni si me marcaron ni nada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Que persona tan nefasta e ineficiente tienen en su mostrador en verdad que pena que no cumplan con sus horarios ya dos veces que me pasa una abrió casi 20 min. Después del horario y ahorita llegó 10 min antes de su hora de cierre me tiene esperando más de 15 min y derrepente nos dice que ya no nos atenderá y no fuy el único si no 2 personas que estaban antes de mi y la persona que estaba después de mi esa persona sí llego tarde
