Así que tengo que esperar asta que lo mandan a la sucursal pésimo servicio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están haciendo perdediza mi paquetería, según ya la entregaron y firma otra persona, ni siquiera muestran el INE de quién recibe, solo nombre y firma. Reclamaré hasta que me repongan mi paquete, hasta hoy muy mal servicio

Perdieron mi paquete y el trato tanto en el almacén de Revolcadero como en las oficinas de Urdaneta fue grosero y pedante, como si fueran un changarro cualquiera y no una empresa nacional. Sin autorización de nadie subcontratan repartidores que no pertenecen a la empresa y que hacen perdedizos los paquetes sin asumir ninguna responsabilidad. Jamás volveré a usar sus servicios.
If possible, I would rate them 0 stars. They lost my package and the treatment both in the Revolcadero warehouse and in the Urdaneta offices was rude and pedantic, as if they were just any changarro and not a national company. Without anyone's authorization, they subcontract delivery men who do not belong to the company and who make the packages lose without assuming any responsibility. I will never use your services again.
