★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hace años cuando había una diferencia abismal en precios uno recurría a estafeta por su economía, actualmente no hay casi diferencia de precios entre paqueterias como DHL y Fedex contra estafeta, siendo a mi punto de vista las primeras muy superiores. Además en la sucursal de metroplaza en celaya, trabajaba una señorita que parecía siempre estaba de malas y el trato en otras paqueterias es mucho más amable y eficiente
Years ago when there was an abysmal difference in prices one resorted to the courier for its economy, currently there is almost no difference in prices between parcels such as DHL and Fedex against courier, the former being much higher in my point of view. Also, in the metroplaza branch in Celaya, a young lady worked who seemed always in a bad way and the treatment in other parcels is much more friendly and efficient

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio, muy complejo el poder contactarlos para resolver dudas sobre el paquete, no informan el estatus ni que el paquete no iba a entregarse a domicilio y tenia que pasar por el, lo cual genero que se devolviera y me tuvieran que reenvíar.
Bad service, very complex to be able to contact them to resolve doubts about the package, they do not report the status or that the package was not going to be delivered at home and had to go through it, which generated that it was returned and they had to resend it to me.
