M	Maribel aguirre avitua on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, jamás pude hablar con un ejecutivo en el número 800 que proporcionan, me tenia que llegar un paquete el repartidor no me lo entrego por que solo toco la puerta y jamás el tiemble mi casa es muy grande y en la parte de atrás no se escucha la puerta y jamás me realizo una llamada para informar que estaba Afuera al menos así pasa con otras compañías FEDEX DHL ellos cuando no les abro me marcan para avisarme que están afuera de mi domicilio cosa que con esta compañía chafa no pasa pues no recibí mi paquete gracias a que solo toco la puerta con una no edita que si se pase de ma…. Me aseguraron que no tardaría más de una semana y llevo mucho esperando. El paquete está en otro municipio. No lo llevaron a destino (es el servicio que me cobraron). Nunca me explicaron que no lo llevarían a su destino y encima de todo pedí que lo devolverían para usar otra paquetería y me vuelven a cobrar. Para terminar, al día de hoy no tengo mi paquete y nadie me responde... Una situación increíblemente incómoda. Se quedaron con mi dinero y al día de hoy con mi paquete también.
