Demasiado protocolo para hacer un reporte, y en llamadas ni se diga, nadie te atiende.
Totalmente decepcionada de su servicio.

Todo lo contrario con los que te comunican cuando marcas el teléfono 800 y que atienden desde la CD. de México, según me dijo el supervisor que atendió la queja.
The person who assisted me when I went in person to explain my case as I was waiting for a package for more than three days, was very professional in his understanding, treatment and resolution of the incident.
