Pueden mejorar: se deberían de organizarse mejor en cuanto a las filas para recibir los paquetes pues hay quienes ya llevamos los paquetes listos y con guias para solo escanear y dejar, seria muy bueno que fuera otra fila para cotizar los envio y pagarlos ya q tardan demaciado tiempo ya para cuando te toca se ven engentados (por asi decirlo)
Me paso que fui a dejar y fui la tercer persona en llegar a dejar un paquete, me forme y resulte ser la última en salir despues de ver como pasaban 5 por delante mio cuando pregunte a cual fila y decian que era lo mismo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen lugar de estacionamiento, aunque hay varios empleados y empleadas se tardan mucho, no estan organizados para atender correctamente. Unos te dicen que te formes en cada computadora donde atienden y resulta que si el empleado es lento, los que llegaron después de ti, salen más rapido.
No es productivo tener empleados en capacitación en esta sucursal, porque se retrasa el servicio, deben tener empleados expertos y con buena atención al cliente.
