En primera aclaro que el personal no tiene la culpa, al menos los ejecutivos que te apoyan en brindarte informes sobre tu paquete. 2. El personal que entrega el paquete es malísimo, al punto de que no pueden revisar en Google maps o Waze la dirección que escribiste para realizar la entrega, ya ni en los tiempos dónde no tenían tanta tecnología, los carteros te entregaban como podían, pero de que llegaba tu paquete, llegaba. 3. Es una pena que algunas empresas dónde adquieres algún artículo no te mencionen en que paquetería realizarán el envío. 4. En los 4 casos que me han enviado algo en está paquetería es una pena que tenga que hablar por teléfono y tarden mucho tiempo en responder, el problema de siempre es que nunca encuentran el domicilio, nunca, y lo comento de esa forma porque así es, ni DHL, UPS o FedEx me han hecho eso. Pero estafeta ni siquiera tiene la intención de llamarte para informarte sobre el estatus de tu paquete, la penúltima vez tuve que ir hasta el aeropuerto por mi paquete, yo vivo hacia texcoco, imagínense ir hasta el aeropuerto y claro, cuando me comuniqué con ellos me informaron que llevaba varios días mi paquete y que tenia que ir ya, de ya porque el paquete lo iban a regresar, no saben esa tarde para mi salir de trabajo e ir apresuradamente al lugar, agregando que ni siquiera está en el aeropuerto, la dirección es malísima, de verdad la logística que manejan es fatal, y hoy me volvió a suceder, tarde 2 horas en que lograra que me respondieran, trate de realizar por internet lo que solicitaban de mi información faltante según ellos, y nunca logré enviarlo porque la página no me dejó, tuve que solicitar que mi paquete llegara directo a una sucursal, por el momento tengo que esperar de 24 a 48 hrs para que ellos coordinen la entrega de nuevo, si a otras personas les gusta el servicio muy bien por ustedes, para mi es lo peor.
