★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención presencial es magnífica, efectiva, amable y rápida, todo lo contrario de la que recibí en el "callcenter" donde me atendió un personal desde México... Y solo me formó de nuevo en una fila para esperar ooootras 24 horas. En fin... Cubren la necesidad, solo que si corres con suerte todo fluye, caso contrario armarse de tolerancia para subsanar los incidentes.
The face-to-face service is magnificent, effective, friendly and fast, quite the opposite of what I received in the "call center" where a staff from Mexico attended me... And they only made me line up again to wait another 24 hours. Anyway... They cover the need, only if you run with luck everything flows, otherwise arm yourself with tolerance to correct incidents.
