Sin embargo, Tienen serios problemas con que su personal de reparto entregue en el domicilio solicitado.
No suelen leer la dirección correctamente, siempre terminan dejando material en sucursal cercana, por lo que en mi caso tengo que esperar un día más en recibir mi material la mayoría de las veces por este motivo aunque al teléfono me marquen para ubicarme les aviso santo y seña donde es.
 In branch I consider a normal deal.
However, they have serious problems with their delivery personnel delivering to the requested address.
They do not usually read the address correctly, they always end up leaving material in a nearby branch, so in my case I have to wait one more day to receive my material most of the time for this reason, although they dial me on the phone to locate me, I advise them holy and sign where it is.

Terrible service, both from branch staff and telephone operators. They do not update the tracking status and breach their delivery guarantee. One of the worst parcel companies.
