★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El personal es siempre amable, dime embargo hace falta que Estafeta mejore su sistema de envío y recolección de forma tal que sea más automatizado y se reduzcan tiempos de espera! Agrego foto de horario actual debido a las restricciones por covid! Espero les sea de utilidad :)
 The staff is always friendly, tell me, however, Estafeta needs to improve its delivery and collection system so that it is more automated and waiting times are reduced! I add photo of current schedule due to covid restrictions! I hope it will be you useful :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nada confiable. Un paquete que tenía que llegar al día siguiente del envío no aparece. En su sistema de rastreo apareció que ya estaba en el aeropuerto de la ciudad destino y al siguiente día indico que aún no salía del aeropuerto de la ciudad orígen. Después de tres días el personal de la agencia sigue sin resolver y sin dar una repuesta veraz.
Terrible service, not trustworthy. A package that had to arrive the day after shipment does not appear. In its tracking system it appeared that it was already at the airport of the destination city and the next day it indicated that it had not yet left the airport of the origin city. After three days, the agency's staff continues without solving and without giving a truthful answer.
