El dia lunes 25 de abril del 2022 acudí a está sucursal para llevar acabo el envio de unos paquetes, los cuales no han sido enviados a sus destinos correspondientes y aún siguen en dicha sucursal y no es la primera ocasión que sucede esto. Y solo se respaldan diciendo que los paquetes que enviamos son de gran magnitud y no caben en sus unidades de recoleccion; cuando en esas unidades caben perfectamente si se acomoda correctamente y sin dañar los paquetes. Así que regresé y comentaron había una falla en sistema. Al estar ahí ya recibí la confirmación pero en sistema aparecía sin entregar. Los responsables de la tienda comentaron que había fallas en la página y por tal no se actualizaba el estatus. Esto no ocurre en otros servicios de mensajería,deberían de prestar atención en su plataforma y actualizar en tiempo real.
