Muy amabilidad y calidez, todo limpio y en orden, pero el servicio x teléfono es un poco deficiente, quién contesta no siempre lo hace de forma cálida, se escucha cansada o enfadada. El servicio de entrega muy bien el repartidor es amable y si le pides a te ponga la caja en un lugar amablemente lo hace hay otros que lo votan en la puerta y dicen que hasta ahí es su trabajo aunque vea que no vas a poder meterlo sin ayuda.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mal servicio... Tuvieron mi paquete un mes, nunca me lo llevaron a mi domicilio y jamás se dignaron a hablarme para decir que mi paquete estaba en bodega. Cuando contacte a mi proovedor me dijo que ya tenía mas de un mes de haberlo enviado, así que mejor lo regresaron... Que mal servicio deberas. Con Fedex nunca pasa eso?
Bad service ... They had my package for a month, they never took it to my home and they never deigned to speak to me to say that my package was in the warehouse. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No entregan los paquetes a tiempo,no informan si están haciendo entrega o domicilio o solo ocurre. En varias ocasiones e tenido que caminar varias cuadras para recoger el paquete por algo pagamos para que se haga la entrega en el domicilio correspondiente PÉSIMO SERVICIO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el gerente hoy nos cerro la puerta y llegamos a las 3 pm esperando 3 horas en fila y nunca avanzó al final nos dejo fuera que por que ya no atendería hasta mañana, no es justo, aunado a esto no tenían personal para la entrega y dijeron que posiblemente en una semana atendería, no es justo en verdad que nos tengan parados 3 o 4 horas y al final no entregan los paquetes, el servicio el demasiado lento,

Aparte no guardan la Sana Distancia, muy estrictos al principio y después todos amontonados a los usuarios

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad actualmente tienen un pésimo servicio, te hacen esperar de 1 a 2 horas y no tienen preferencia por los clientes que ya llevan su paquete listo con la etiqueta.
Muy mala administración y atención por parte del personal ya que parece que no están para brindarnos un servicio.
Cambiare mi calificación cuando brinden un servicio de calidad y que uno se sienta a gusto de haber elegido estafeta como paqueteria.
The truth is that they currently have a terrible service, they make you wait 1 to 2 hours and they have no preference for customers who already have their package ready with the label.
Very bad management and attention from the staff since it seems that they are not there to provide us a service.
I will change my rating when they provide a quality service and that one feels comfortable having chosen courier as a parcel.
