★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me hicieron ir por mi pedido cuando era para entrega a domicilio, dijeron que no hay cobertura lo cual por supuesto es mentira. Intenté llamar pero nunca responden ?.
 They made me go for my order when it was for home delivery, they said there is no coverage which of course is a lie. Tried calling but they never answer ?.

Never send anything by courier at the mere hour after years asking around they come out with the fact that your area no longer applies for home delivery

Dos semanas esperando a que me entreguen un pedido sin que me den alguna solución, lo único que dicen es que ya está pendiente de salida a ruta (estatus en el que lleva 10 días a la fecha) y que consulte al día siguiente el estatus.
Ellos dicen que es por la "carga" en estas fechas, pero DHL, MercadoEnvios, Fedex y otras paqueterías me han entregado paquetes en máximo 3 días, paquetes que pedí mucho tiempo después del que continúo esperando con esta paquetería.
Asimismo, si levantas un reporte tampoco le dan solución; supuestamente el tiempo máximo de solución son 72 horas, las cuales ya se cumplieron sin recibir atención.
Terrible service, by far the worst parcel in the state.
Two weeks waiting for an order to be delivered without giving me any solution, the only thing they say is that it is already pending departure to route (status in which it has been 10 days to date) and that it check the status the next day.
They say it is because of the "cargo" on these dates, but DHL, MercadoEnvios, Fedex and other parcels have delivered packages to me in a maximum of 3 days, packages that I ordered a long time after which I continue to wait with this package.
Likewise, if you raise a report, they don't give you a solution either; supposedly the maximum solution time is 72 hours, which have already been completed without receiving attention.
