★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Si quieren recibir sus envíos NO UTILICEN ESTAFETA. Nunca entregan a tiempo y se les pierden los envíos, lo peor es que no dan respuestas sobre los paquetes extraviados.
 Terrible service. If you want to receive your shipments DO NOT USE ESTAFETA. They never deliver on time and shipments are lost, the worst thing is that they do not give answers about lost packages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quiero pensar que el servicio en si es "bueno", el problema son las personas que atienden el lugar, mujeres déspotas malhumoradas y sin dedicación. Tardan horas en hacer entregas y aunque ya hayas formado por más de un buen tiempo, te cierran las puertas.
I want to think that the service itself is "good", the problem is the people who attend the place, grumpy despotic women and without dedication. They take hours to make deliveries and even if you have already trained for more than a good time, they close the doors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A mi siempre me entregan bien mis paquetes vivo en Orizaba eso sí tardan algo pero más que nada en aduanas ya estando en la ciudad rápido la entregan ?
