★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima Atención por parte de la encargada no quería venderme una caja para mí paquete, tuve que ir a conseguir una al Aurrerá Exprés que está cerca de ahí.
Mala actitud, y pésimo servicio MALA EXPERIENCIA.
NO RECOMENDABLE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Malo, no entregaron el paquete en el domicilio indicado y tardar muchísimo en decolverlo a la oficina, además de que no me lo querían dar porque el paquete ahora tenía un nuevo número de rastreo, tuve que llamar y esperar a que me atendiera un asesor para obtener el nuevo número. Cosa que la señora de la oficina también podía hacer pero no quiso. En general muy mala experiencia. No lo recomiendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala atención por parte de la persona encargada el día de hoy 23 de abril del 2021 fui a dejar un paquete que me llegó por MercadoLibre por parte de Estafeta y no me quedo me mandaron la etiqueta para regresarla en el mismo empaque que me llegó y la señorita me dice que no se podía el tema de aquí es que se puso en un plan de no se puede y no se puede y no se puede y nunca me dé una solución una ayuda o por lo menos venderme uno de sus paquetes o cajas que tiene estafeta entonces verdad que mal a uno tiene que perder el tiempo para este tipo de situaciones entiendo que tienen sus está tutos o lineamientos pero que no tenga la capacidad de resolver una pequeña situación de verdad muy mal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La sucursal fe estafeta Calacoaya la srita llega no saluda se mete se encierra y cuando abre y me enpieza atender no me recibe mi paquete argumentando q mi guia no pasa me retiro muy molesta por el pesimo servicio me voy a la suc q esta sobre la lopez mateos colonua el potrero y ahi si super amable la sritame recibe mi paquete como siempre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Marca un horario de 10-6 pero he ido 3 veces en horarios distintos y siempre está cerrado, aunque dice abierto y están luces prendidas!! No sé a dónde se van los empleados pero me queda claro que trabajando no están!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta sucursal indica que se abre a las 10:00. Un día esperé hasta las 11:30 y no abrieron, tuve que irme a buscar otra porque de plano, no tenían para cuando. Hoy, necesitaba poner otro paquete y ¡sorpresa! era la 1:20 y estaba cerrado con un letrero que decía "volvemos a las 12". Volví a pasar 15 minutos después y seguía cerrado. Lo peor es que solicitar recolección es aún más impredecible, simplemente no llegan cuando estipulan.
This branch indicates that it opens at 10:00. One day I waited until 11:30 and they didn't open, I had to go find another one because they didn't have them for when. Today, I needed to put another package and surprise! It was 1:20 and it was closed with a sign saying "we're back at 12". I went back 15 minutes later and it was still closed.
