Bad service the lady who attends very badly and never answers the phone you have to make about 10 calls to bore her and so she answers to give the reason of the tracking guide and in person one goes and it is seen that she is in a bad mood

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Señalan un horario corrido de 10:00 a 18:00 horas( de lunes a viernes) no obstante, cierran y colocan un letrero de "Regresó en 10 minutos" Y tardan más de media hora en regresar, afectando así el tiempo de los clientes (que en mi caso, me traslade de otro municipio para hacer el envío desde este servicio de paquetería)
They indicate a running schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday to Friday), however, they close and place a sign of "Returned in 10 minutes" And they take more than half an hour to return, thus affecting the time of customers (in my case, I moved from another municipality to make the shipment from this parcel service)
