★ ★ ★ ★ ★ desafortunadamente no todos los días está abierto, cada mes envío paquetes a la ciudad de México y por ejemplo hoy 5 de mayo 2021 a las 14:00 estaba cerrada, me tuve que regresar con mi paquete ya en otra ocasión un martes del mes de abril igual estaba cerrado, pregunté que si tenía un horario y días pero solo me dijeron que tuvieron que salir y que por eso cerraron
Unfortunately it is not open every day, every month I send packages to Mexico City and for example today May 5, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. it was closed, I had to return with my package on another Tuesday in April. It was still closed, I asked if they had a schedule and days but they only told me that they had to leave and that's why they closed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es que el lugar lo encontré abierto y todo bien para llegar, la señora se ve que tiene muy buen trato con el cliente ya que la vi haciendo una guía de envío, pero el señor es muy poco cordial... Tenía una duda sobre el envío y me contestó de muy mala gana.
En lo personal, es la última vez que utilizo ésta concesionaria.
The truth is that I found the place open and everything was fine to arrive, the lady seems to have a very good deal with the client since I saw her doing a shipping guide, but the man is very unfriendly ... I had a question about shipping and he replied very reluctantly.
Personally, this is the last time I use this dealership.
